Born in the slightly rundown parts of Daten, Newsboy Cap seemed to start life as a perfect little angel with a loving mother and father. They worked long shifts to earn their keep, so they barely got to spend time with him, but it was clear that they loved him so. At the age of 9, he believed that he could start a paper route to earn extra money for his parents, and it eventually blossomed into him running his own delivery service. He believed he could work his way up, but it was not meant to be.

As he aged, he grew disappointed that he was barely looking any older. Working only seemed to grow more rotten as he continued, and he grew to loathe his parents whilst they kept on trying to become rich without him. He kept to himself most of the time, given that whenever around other teenagers, they would usually talk about how much older they look, especially when compared to him.

He devoted more and more time to the job he hated in order to satisfy his parents' growing avarice, and he would exhaust himself, making himself more and more sick. He refused help whenever he could, thinking that cold weather could do nothing to him. His immune system weakened over time, and eventually, he died from a fatal case of pneumonia.

After quite a long stay in heaven, his life became more wretched, and he eventually wished to get back at everyone that gave him hell in his life, but given his situation, the list would be very long indeed. It also wasn't long before his parents' sense of greed affected him, and instead of being the goody two shoes his parents wanted him to be, he sought other ways to earn money, other immoral ways. He gained a reputation as a violent kid who would use extortion and other means to reach his end, which ended his time in heaven and sent him back to Earth, as they figured sending him back to his old courier job would encourage him to take the right path to earning money, and to not let the greed overwhelm him so much as to hurt others.

• People mock him by calling him Gatsby Cap, as a reference to his slight interest in literature. It pisses him off to no end however.

Have you ever seen Panty and Stocking cartoon? It's a perterted cartoon about a blonde girl named Panty and a goth looking chick named Stocking I used to watch and I notice your art style is in the same way! I love this drawing because it reminded me of it and how much that cartoon made me laugh! Good memories~!
